I was reading the Washington Post today and came a cross the great article By Kenneth R. Harney about the new rules that give buyers more protection at closing. "If you're applying for a loan to purchase a primary or secondary home, or planning to refinance, you should be aware of a little-publicized new set of federal consumer-protection rules that takes effect July 30."
