Existing-Home Sales Increase in January
"Sales of existing homes rose 2.7 percent to an annual rate of 5.36 million in January from the previous month when sales were 5.22 million, and they were 5.3 percent above the 5.09 million homes sold in January 2010, NAR reported this morning. This is the first time in seven months that sales activity was higher than a year ago."
